Samsung usually has issues if you are not using your region/ local firmware (it's very random) . I have a samsung f23 that cannot get 5g network connection since the 5g bands are locked and the method of unlocking them was removed and is no longer possible without root. If there's firmware of your location then there's hope, you can flash it via Odin and the issue will go. If not then you can try flashing various regional firmware and maybe one will work.

I was using Galaxy A 71 since 2020 october. Even before I had used A 5 2016.
The A 71 was working like a charm. Camera is very good and display is gorgeous. Battery backup was sufficient to run one full day.
But suddenly it got broken due to a fall and display got stattered. I thought Samsung would launch Galaxy A 55 as alternative to Galaxy A74 which they had discontinued. But they launched it with exynos, which is a straight no from me.
I purchased Galaxy S 23 256 gb instead of A 55, which was acctualy a upgrade over A 71...

I agree with you about the prices, but only big buyers can get a discount, China and India alone which have a population of 1.5 billion inhabitants, which means a total of 3 billion who are the most numerous, (every second a baby is born) will certainly have a cheaper price, and the rest is scattered like In the EU, 44-50 countries will be overpriced,
only buying from 2 hands or an agreement with a mobile operator to use their service can have a cheaper price for now.

He prolly mentioned A55 used price since it lines up with Philippine used prices and they'll keep dumping before Samsung even discounts officially sold ones. xD

Aspok, 12 May 2024How did you know?I have one. In areas where my Poco F3, and my wife's iPhone has full 5G Bars, my Samsung A55 is always in 4G+. I always had to reset mobile network settings or restart the phone, or put it in airplane mode to get 5G. And after a while of having 5G signal, it goes back to 4G+.

As a Poco X3 NFC user, I feel... moreI had a poco x3 nfc phone in 2020 sept to 2021 dec. The charging just stopped.. I went to A52 was a bit disappointed by the lag then in 2023 April i did oppo renno 8T 5G.. Quite dissatisfied with multiple lags, screen freeze but better camera than even A55. Oppo used to over heat when using Google maps and has poor ram management besides i was never getting contact names when calls come in i had to wear tge GW4 to get get names of incoming calls. Despite multiple updates.
This month may 2024 i got tge A55... Im quite satisfied with the phone... Speeds are good only that i miss the app security of securing apps through fingerprint... And unstable fingure print scanner that disappoints a lot during supermarket payments... But am okay with that

I've had it for almost 2 months and I can afford whatever I want, but here is a guy who mentioned that he doesn't have a 3.5mm input, so I suggested him to buy one. usb type C to 3.5mm jack, which costs 5 euros to connect wired headphones or simply buy bluetooth headphones, but he returned it with insu lting words, it's not about any fight, it's a .psycho pathic. person who needs help from professionals
